Home made bread

I can definitely recommend the Laucke bread mixes, the crusty white version is absolutely amazing.  You can use it both in your breadmaker or by hand.

I spoke to them at the Food Show, and received a valuable tip - if you have a new-ish model breadmaker then best to reduce the water slightly.  I used the amount specified for hand mixing and it came out perfectly.

The sandwich here included a chicken breast, beetroot, pineapple, onion and lettuce.  Great Sunday afternoon lunch or dinner
